Distinguish local support from equipment that must arrive from elsewhere
Juneau's local roads and its lack of a continental highway connection are different planning questions. Ask whether the proposed equipment and maintenance can be supported within the community or whether the proposal depends on outside freight. If freight is involved, clarify who coordinates receipt, the contingency for delays and the arrangements for final removal. A delivery promise alone does not settle repeated cleaning. Give the venue's setup and clearance times so both the supply plan and the local service schedule can be assessed.
Account for wet routes and changing attendance
Describe the surface between parking, activities, and the proposed units, especially any steps or areas that may become difficult to use. Request accessible restroom and handwashing options against that real layout. For a multi-day gathering, state the busiest day and identify who will report a problem or request an additional visit. Do not assume the same attendance pattern throughout the rental.
Identify the full event operating period
Compare delivery, collection, rental duration, scheduled maintenance, and handwashing inclusions. State setup and teardown dates separately from guest hours. Ask how extra visits, a restricted loading window, or equipment sourced from elsewhere would change the proposed terms.
